A GREAT DEBT OF UNIVERSITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY.
in Chile in general there are many things that are ignored or not addressed in the various university. One of them is all related to the derivatives markets. That is a reality.
But neither is as ideal on the mechanisms linked to carbon bonds
But the deficit and the Chilean Universities also see it in the field of biofuels third or fourth generation, everything related to new fruit varieties and farming in general, everything related to water and its uses, desertification, desalination, everything concerning Social Responsibility etc. Without adequate R & D + I will not jump Chile development
